CHANGE IN MASTER CLASSES
There will be a morning-only Chocolate Master Class on June 22nd sponsored and taught by the talented Chef Josh Johnson from Guittard Chocolate.
You will be learning the basics of teaching chocolate but also working hands-on with tempering and other techniques!
So here’s the bonus: you can take the chocolate class in the morning (only 20 spots available) AND THEN GET TO THE LOBSTER BOAT IN THE AFTERNOON!
