We are all gathering June 20-23 in Charleston SC for the 17^th annual Leadership Conference and the 9^th annual Deans and Directors Retreat.

What are we doing?

• Hearing from speakers on industry trends as well as educational best practices

• Tasting samples at the opening night reception

• Day 1 lunch provided by Southern Foodways

• Day 2 and 3 lunches will be Italian delights

• Earning continuing education hours

• Networking with folks from all over the U.S.

• (some of us) perfecting garde manger and chocolate skills

• Keynoters including topics as: Upcycling Foods; Teaching Better Teachers; and Recruitment and Retention Challenges and Opportunities
