CAFÉ Update October 23, 2023
23 October 2023As someone involved with the culinary/hospitality education world, what are your challenges?
- Technology — can't afford it? Can't understand it? Can't figure out where it would/could fit in?
- Hospitality Skills — can you teach these skill sets? How do you emphasize hospitality as a goal?
- Artificial Intelligence? Wow, where could it be a bonus versus a hindrance?
- Community Outreach — does your community support you and not just come with their hands out?
- Sustainability — is there room to make this concept a realty?
- Culinary medicine — can you integrate these directions into a traditional culinary training agenda?
- Administration — do they “get” what you are doing?
- The list goes on…..
CAFÉ would like to showcase programs and individuals who are attacking these issues and who have successfully made them positive driving forces in their programs.
Would you like to present? Would you like to attend? Would you like to give us feedback with some ideas? Let me know! This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
