The 2024 Leadership Conference has a day devoted to industry trends AND a day devoted to peer presentations in the arena of Educational Best Practices. Attendees get to sign up for 3 different presentations. Some highlights include:

CAFÉ’s mission is to link the foodservice industry with the foodservice classroom. The day we have planned will include hearing from one of the top chefs in the country, an InfoFair, presentations on a variety of products which will also include tastings, and a lunchtime panel of chef’s and their prize dishes.
MASTER CLASSES
Once again CAFÉ is pleased to be working with Guittard Chocolate and Chef Josh Johnson offering the following hands-on chocolate master class: Creative Dessert Spreads
A new hands-on Pizza Making master class is being offered by Real California Milk and Chef Spencer Glenn, Executive Chef, Pizza My Heart, to our 2024 line-up.

WINNERS RECEIVE $1,000 CASH AS WELL AS A COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATION TO THE 2024 LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE, JUNE 19-21, IN SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS.
These Awards are for individuals/programs who demonstrate efforts which are outstanding, have proven to be effective and which are able to be duplicated. CAFÉ will produce press releases to your local/home publications. Winners will also receive a plaque indicating their winner status.
If you previously applied and / or previously won an award you can still apply again this year. You can apply for multiple award catagories. You can't win if your don't apply!!!

Do you have an exceptional student? If so, encourage them to apply for the Student of the Year award. The prize for the Student of the Year will be $1,000 cash to the winner as well as all expenses paid on the September 2024 Idaho Potato Harvest Tour.
