Dr. Fred Mayo, Mayo Consulting: “Using AI to be a More Creative Teacher in the Culinary Arts”
Dr. Mayo has been a long-time CAFÉ contributor with monthly articles in the Gold Medal Classroom ezine as well as has worked at both universities and the Culinary Institute of America developing educational programs and monitoring them for effectiveness.
