INVENT THE FUTURE

CAFÉ seeks to design a conference program each year that will help culinary/baking/pastry/hospitality instructors and deans and directors with their challenges and possible solutions.

Some of the highlights of this year’s conference include:

  • Artificial Intelligence and its impact on our unique course offerings
  • A panel talking about Ideas and Innovations
  • A lunch time speaker who will challenge your assumptions and help foster significant roundtable discussions
  • A lunchtime panel of local chefs describing their best-selling dishes and how they came to produce these “winners”!
  • A keynoter will talk about how his huge country club operation deals with ideas and change
  • An expert in education describing how AI can be used productively in our classes
  • Educational Best Practices sessions highlighting hands on innovations in your delivery
  • Industry trends presentations helping to keep you up to date so that your students can also learn the value of new ideas
