CAFÉ offers an afternoon of chocolate instruction by Chef Josh Johnson of Guittard Chocolate. Hands on practice and exercises to take back to your classrooms on June 21.
Are you a garde manger instructor?
CAFÉ is also offering an afternoon of hands-on carving exercises. Have fun and learn some new techniques for your students with Chef Patrick O’Brien, the Carving Ninja on June 21.
