08 May 2023Part of the annual CAFÉ Leadership is to get up-to-date information from the industry, especially as it relates to what culinary/baking/pastry/hospitality instructors need to know in order to train their students for the hospitality industry.
This year we will feature experts from the following organizations:
- Guittard Chocolate
- Idaho Potato Commission
- National Pork Board
- RATIONAL
- Real California Milk
- The Mango Board
These partners have heard our message: Teachers Don’t Teach What They Don’t Know!
They will bring information and show you classroom activities/materials that you can use in your classes.
