The Deans and Directors Retreat talks about challenges you might encounter as a program leader. We all know that changes are happening in both what we teach and how we are teaching.

The evening of June 18^th we will have a brief Meet and Greet at the Drury Hotel. The Retreat is a full day on the 19^th hosted at St. Philip’s College. That evening we will have an Awards Ceremony in addition to an opening night reception.

The Leadership Conference on the 20^th of June begins with hearing from industry and the day is devoted to trends and will feature educational materials that industry has designed for you.

The 21^st of June is our Educational Best Practices Day where you will hear from your peers on methodologies that have been successful in this new age of culinary education. 

Our theme is “Invent the Future.” Let’s continue to share our stories and learn from others!
