CAFÉ Update February 10, 2025

10 February 2025
Progress Is Impossible Without Change

Mark Twain is quoted as saying “Progress is impossible without change and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything. You must be the change you wish to see in the world. There is nothing permanent except change.”

What does that mean to an educator?

CAFÉ will attempt to help the attendees of this summer’s conferences with the concepts of becoming change agents. We will bring speakers to you that have worked on fine tuning not only what is taught but how it is taught.

We will highlight your peers in sharing their successes and challenges with change.

The Industry will be highlighted and speak to you about “What’s New? And What’s Next?" In our classrooms.

CAFÉ is committed to helping this generation of culinary/hospitality instructors look ahead and be ready for the change that is happening in education and the culinary world.

Join your fellow educators who are committed to best practices. Come to Pittsburgh June 2025 to be a part of the forward movement in our challenging work places.
