Culinary School Instructors are Invited to Enter the American Lamb from the Ground Up Recipe Contest
Ground lamb adds an upscale feel to dishes and can be used in place of other ground meats in most recipes. The American Lamb Board invites you to get creative and feed your adventurous side. Share your favorite ground American Lamb recipe for a chance to win travel (value up to $1000) and registration for the CAFÉ Leadership Conference (value of $399) in Charleston, June 21 – 23, 2023.
Recipes will be evaluated based on creativity and flavor quality. Go to www.cafemeetingplace.com/resource-center/contests for full recipe guidelines and submission instructions. Deadline for submissions is May 1, 2023. Winner will be announced no later than May 15, 2023.

MASTER CLASSES
Each year CAFÉ offers hands on pre-conference master classes. This year three will be offered: Southern Foodways, Carving Techniques, and some mysteries of chocolate.
These will be offered on June 21st. Southern Foodways will be in the morning and the carving and chocolate workshops in the afternoon. Registration will be on line shortly.
Sign up today for the conference which will be June 20/21-23, 2023. You can ask to be invoiced. You will receive continuing education hours. You will experience wonderful food as well as stay in the midst of beautiful downtown Charleston, SC.
