27 March 2023Recruitment and Retention are two areas that the CAFÉ conferences will look into June 21-23 in Charleston, SC.
Times are changing … issues are on the table ranging from needed industry skills to student debt to reasonable employment to career options and more!
Programs are facing these challenges and are willing to share their innovative approaches to education in the future.
CAFÉ is offering a day dealing with management issues, a day devoted to trends in industry and a day devoted to peer presentations on Educational Best Practices.
We like to think that our 100 percent focus on the culinary/foodservice educational world is not only helpful to our colleagues but also inspirational.
