Regional Taste of CAFÉ Workshops Coming to Educational Institutions This Fall
09 August 2021More than 10 regional one-day workshops are planned for local culinary instructors around the country.

CAFÉ’s mission of linking foodservice educators with the foodservice industry has not been deterred by COVID-19. Amid the global pandemic, the organization began free, new initiatives designed to help instructors continue to learn and grow their foodservice knowledge. CAFÉ Talks Podcasts and Coffee with CAFÉ webinars lead the way. But, not to sit on its laurels, CAFÉ is launching another program – Taste of CAFÉ.
These one-day, regional workshops will be held in culinary labs around the nation. The limited number of registrants will allow for ample networking and learning, according to Mary Petersen, CAFÉ president. The events are $99 and open to all levels of foodservice educators.
